Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. Whatever the shipping method (So Colissimo or Lettre Suivie), we will send you a link by e-mail which will allow you to follow each stage of delivery of your package on the postal network.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. For deliveries in mainland France, we cover all of these costs for all orders.
Packages are oversized and items protected.
So Colissimo shipping methods
In order to meet the needs of each of our customers, and to make the delivery of their items as easy as possible for them, Bruce Field uses So Colissimo services.
So Colissimo is a La Poste service that allows you to have it delivered wherever you want by offering 5 delivery solutions.
- at home: your package will be delivered to you personally. If you are away, it will be placed in your mailbox. If its size does not allow delivery by mailbox, it will be made available to you in your post office. In all cases you are informed by email 24 hours before delivery of your package.
- by appointment: as soon as your package is available for delivery, you will be notified by email and SMS. You will be able to select, from Monday to Friday, the time slot that suits you best for your delivery. Service offered exclusively in Paris intramural.
- in your Cityssimo locker : Cityssimo lockers are automatic parcel collection sites accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You are informed of the availability of your package by email and SMS. The latter will specify your collection codes allowing you to collect your package within 10 working days.
- at your local shop: you can choose from one of the many merchants, near your home, place of work or vacation, to whom you wish to have your delivery delivered. You will be informed of the availability of your package by an email which will allow you to collect it within 10 working days.
- at your local post office: you can choose the post office to which you wish to have it delivered. You will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and email, with a collection voucher allowing you to collect it from the office within 10 working days.
tracked letter
For small, low-value items, we use Lettre Suivie services. This is an envelope including tracking and insurance, delivered without signature directly to your mailbox. If its size does not allow delivery by mailbox, it will be made available to you in your post office.

Delivery is free for orders to be delivered in mainland France.

The packages are then sent via Colissimo (or via Lettre Suivie for small items).
