The present general conditions express the entire obligations of the parties. Article 3 : contractual Documents
The present contract is formed by the following contractual documents, presented by decreasing hierarchical order : present general conditions; the purchase order. Article 4 : Entry into force - duration
The present general conditions come into force on the date of signature of the purchase order. The present general conditions are concluded for the duration necessary for the provision of goods and services purchased, until the extinction of guarantees owed by Bruce Field.
Article 5 : electronic Signature

Article 6 : order Confirmation
The contractual information will be confirmed towards e-mail no later than the time of delivery or, in default, to the address indicated by the consumer within the purchase order. Article 15 : Guarantee of products
In accordance with Article 4 of the decree n°78-464 of 24 march 1978, the provisions hereof may not deprive the consumer of the legal guarantee which obliges the professional seller to guarantee against all consequences of latent defects of the thing sold. However, under Article L122-6-1 of this Code, the consumer has a right of reproduction exclusively for the establishment of a backup copy, when it is necessary to preserve the use of the software. In any event, the software author retains ownership of his work, the consumer agrees to comply.
None of the two parties will have failed in its contractual obligations, insofar as their execution is delayed, hindered or prevented by a fortuitous event or force majeure. Be considered fortuitous event or force majeure all compelling facts or circumstances, outside parties, unpredictable, inevitable, independent of the will of the parties and which could not be prevented by these last, despite everything the reasonably possible efforts. The party affected by such circumstances will notify the other within ten working days following the date on which it becomes aware.
